What age range are your toys suitable for & are they safe?
All Playtisserie toys are designed for children aged 3 and up. Due to small pieces within our designs, there may be a choking risk for infants and toddlers, who are more likely to explore objects by putting them in their mouths.
All materials used are natural and our colour dyes are non toxic, making our products safe for children.
We adhere to the strict safety standards and regulations set by the Australian Government for designing, manufacturing and selling children’s toys.
How are the toys made & are they eco-friendly?
Our products are designed with love in Australia and manufactured by our trusted artisans in Nepal, Vietnam and Indonesia.

Everything in our collection is handmade from natural materials. Our packaging is thoughtfully designed with the environment in mind.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1 business day.
Generally, orders arrive within 2-5 business days for metro areas.
What is the cost of shipping & can I pick up my order?
Within Australia, all orders over $120 qualify for free shipping.

Items can be collected from our warehouse in Belmore, Sydney via appointment only.
Once you have placed your order please contact us at hello@playtisserie.com.au to organise a time for collection.
What is your returns policy?
If you have had a change of mind, items can be returned within 14 days at your expense provided the item is unused and still in original condition.
Any faulty items will be replaced at our expense.
